Ellington Hotel goes to market

  Menzies Corporate Restructuring has brought The Ellington hotel in Leeds to the market for £3m.   The 35-bedroom luxury boutique hotel is newly constructed and located in the city centre close to the train station.   CBRE Hotels, which is advising Menzies Corporate Restructuring, said the freehold opportunity is suited to a private owner operator who wants to run the business.   The date for best offers 3 April.   annabel.dixon@rbi.co.uk
