DHL has taken 71,300 sq ft of distribution space at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership’s Worton Grange in Reading, Berkshire.
The logistics company has taken leases at two units at the park for term of five years, at rent of £7 per sq ft, with a break clause at year three subject to a three month penalty payment.
DHL was granted an initial six month rent free period with a further six months if the break option is not exercised.
Unit 3 provides a total of 41,300 sq ft including 4,960 sq ft of office accommodation, while unit 4 totals 30,000 sq ft.
Letting agents at the park are King Sturge, Vail Williams and Sharps Commercial.
