CBRE steps in as joint agent

CB Richard Ellis has replaced King Sturge as joint agent on 101 New Cavendish Street , W1.  Developers Greycoat and City Offices Real Estate have appointed the firm to team up with niche agent Teacher Marks to let 90,000 sq ft of offices included in the £20m revamp of Collingwood House.   bridget.oconnell@rbi.co.uk
