Universal, which is currently based in 55,000 sq ft at Prospect House, 80-110 New Oxford Street, WC1, is considering fringe locations such as Soho, Noho and Covent Garden typically favoured by media groups. CB Richard Ellis is advising the firm, which currently pays £37 per sq ft.
