Five go live at 125 Old Broad Street

 

Hammerson has secured a raft of tenants at 125 Old Broad Street, EC2.

 

Russian investor FINAM has taken 6,800 sq ft on the 26th floor at £50 per sq ft, with hedge fund Frey Quantitative Strategies taking 3,900 sq ft on the same floor.

 

Consultancy Abchurch Communications has signed for 2,600 sq ft, the British Steel Pension Fund has taken 5,700 sq ft and Development Bank of Japan has taken 3,000 sq ft on the 16th, 17th and 20th floors respectively.

 

Chinese bank CICC, Health Care Locums and Arden Partners are also in talks to take space at the 333,000 sq ft tower, which is now 75%-let. DTZ, Strutt & Parker and CB Richard Ellis advise Hammerson.
