Plans for 380 flats at the Titanic Quarter in Belfast have been given the go-ahead.
The Arc Two scheme, by Belfast Harbour Commissioners and Titanic Quarter -a subsidiary of developer Harcourt -will include cafés, restaurants and asurgery.
It forms part of the second phase of the 185-acre mixed-use regeneration of Belfast’s docklands.
The area includes the former Harland & Wolff shipyard, where the ill-fated Titanic was built.
Turley Associates advised on planning.
