Carlyle Group and Abstract Nikal will next week submit detailed plans for their £25m redevelopment of the former Colgate Palmolive Factory in Salford Quays, Greater Manchester.
The 380,000 sq ft Soapworks scheme will comprise offices and shops.
Outline plans for the redevelopment of the entire 8.5-acre Ivy Wharf site will also be submitted next week.
