Urban & Civic has bought a former American airbase in Cambridgeshire for £27.5m.
The new commercial property business will use the site for distribution warehouses.
Nigel Hugill and Robin Butler, former Chelsfield directors, are behind Urban & Civic which has backing from GI Partners.
