Friars Square comprises 306,000 sq ft of retail and is anchored by House of Fraser and Bhs.

Tim Buckley from Brookfield said: “The past 12 months have been difficult in the retail sector, but with these new lettings, it shows that demand exists for prime space. Friars Square has performed well this year, with recent weeks showing a marked uplift in both car park usage and visitor numbers”
