Yorkshire Water dives into docks for Leeds HQ

  Yorkshire Water has taken 57,000 sq ft at GE Capital Real Estate’s Livingstone House at Clarence Dock in Leeds.   The water company has taken a 10-year lease on the space in the 72,000 sq ft building for an HQ for its new asset delivery team.   CB Richard Ellis advised GE; Ryden acted for Yorkshire water.   samantha.mcclary@estatesgazette.com
