Bracknell office market lifted by trio of deals

  Global software services group Novell has let 9,300 sq ft at One Arlington Square, Bracknell, to Hannover Services (UK) Ltd, part of the Hannover Re Group.   Hannover will pay £17 per sq ft.   Fryer Holt and DTZ acted for Novell, Ann Walshe Associates for Hannover.   Fryer Holt chief Simon Fryer said the deal was the culmination of much improved activity in Bracknell’s office market, resulting in lettings to Lawson Software, Allegis and Hannover, totalling 25,000 sq ft.   Novell continues to market 30,000 sq ft in the building, in suites from 4,500 sq ft.   paul.norman@estatesgazette.com
