US electronics retailer Best Buy is in discussions to take assignment of two Homebase stores as it continues its expansion into the UK.
They are a 35,000 sq ft store at USS’s Enfield retail park in Middlesex, and a 40,000 sq ft store at London & Stamford’s Aintree retail park, Liverpool.
The leases have 12 years and 13 years to run respectively. DTZ and Green & Partners are advising Best Buy.
