Cedar House submits application to transform Nottingham’s Waterside

  Peter Gadsby’s Cedar House Investments has submitted a planning application for a retail-led scheme at Nottingham’s Waterside regeneration zone.   Cedar House wants to transform the five acre former Sunlight Laundry site on Daleside Road into a £25m mixed-use scheme comprising 30,000 sq ft of shops, alongside ancilliary offices and leisure facilities.   Gadsby, chairman of Cedar House, said: “The ambitious retail development we are proposing is much needed for the people of Sneinton to inject vibrancy into the area.   “We believe the scheme will initiate the transformation of Waterside and will be the catalyst for regeneration.
