David Alberto’s Avanta has opened a business centre at One Fetter Lane, London, EC4, its third centre in the City of London.
The centre brings the number of Avanta business centres in central London to 14 and takes its overall portfolio in the UK to 19 centres.
One Fetter Lane comprises 19,000 sq ft of offices occupied by US law firm Edwards Angell Palmer & Dodge.
The law firm is shortly relocating to the City of London and Avanta will carry out a refurbishment scheduled to complete by the beginning of September.
