Liz Peace, chief executive of the British Property Federation, has called for a “five-point plan” to be adopted by government in collaboration with the property industry.
She said there was a need to boost the housing industry, help occupier demand recover, reduce debt, tackle climate change and “kick-start regeneration”.
The BPF launched its plans for tackling these issues at MIPIM this morning.
