Nobu block wins premium

  The Middle Eastern owner of the Nobu restaurant block at 35 Dover Street and 15 Berkeley Street, W1, has sold the property at a 20% premium to the price it paid in August 2008.   A private Middle Eastern client of Savills has bought the 40,200 sq ft property – also home to Funky Buddha nightclub – for £36m, a 5% yield.   The vendor, advised by Colliers Godfrey Vaughan, bought the building for £30m and was seeking £32.3m.   samantha.mcclary@estatesgazette.com
