EGTV: CBRE leads in central London lettings league table

 


CB Richard Ellis has retained the top spot in the central London letting agents league table for the third quarter running, after completing 55 deals in Q1.


 





 


The agent disposed of more than 1.8m sq ft of a space, giving it a 39% market share in the three months to March, according to EG‘s latest London Offices Market Analysis.


 


Its largest deal was the 346,000 sq ft letting to Barclays Capital at 18-20 Cabot Square, E14, in a joint deal with Jones Lang LaSalle, which climbed two places this quarter to second place on 1.45m sq ft.


 


DTZ climbed four places to third, with 41 deals totalling 589,000 sq ft, followed by King Sturge, which rose five places with 28 transactions.


 


BNP Paribas climbed three places and GVA Grimley rose four spots to take sixth and seventh place respectively.


 


Cushman & Wakefield tumbled six places to eighth, completing 18 deals with a 4% market share.


 


Strutt & Parker slipped four places down the ranks to ninth.


 


NB Real Estate climbed five places from last quarter completing to top 10 with 16 deals totalling 124,000 sq ft.


 


The top four spots on the disposals table mirrored the lettings league, with niche agent Richard Susskind completing the top five with 32 deals all in the City.
