F&C REIT has launched its first open-ended property fund for private and institutional investors.
The fund manager initiated a four-week offer period for the fund this week. Investors can buy into the fund for 100p per unit during this period.
The fund will be a non-UCITS retail scheme, and will not be seeded with an existing portfolio of assets. It will be managed by Julian Smith and Guy Glover.
