Ikea plans to expand its British residential property business.
he retailer has bought the Sugar House Lane site near the Olympic Park, in east London, which is currently occupied by derelict warehouses.
The 12 acre site has the potential for 1,500 new homes, offices and workspace aimed at the creative industry.
