PRUPIM close to Realis deal

 


PRUPIM has exchanged contracts to sell its 21 Bloomsbury Street, WC1, office block.


 


German fund manager Realis has agreed to buy the 80,000 sq ft property for around the asking price of £53m – a 5.9% yield.


 


Savills is acting for PRUPIM; Knight Frank is advising Realis.
