Lord Alan Sugar has put a three-strong portfolio of Mayfair properties up for sale for £120m.
The lot includes the retail and office property at 6-8 Old Bond Street, Albemarle House on the corner of Albemarle and Grafton Street, and Sackville House on the corner of Sackville and Piccadilly.
The three properties, comprising a mix of office, retail and residential, are being sold by Lord Sugar’s privately owned property vehicle, Amsprop Group.
