Paul Kemsley sues developers for libel

  Entrepreneur and former Rock Investments boss Paul Kemsley is suing two property developers for libel.   The claim filed in London’s high court by Kemsley and Tottenham Hotspur chairman Daniel Levy is asking for unlimited damages from developers Christopher Coomber and Dawn Burrus.   Coomber and Burrus are accused of sending a document containing allegedly libellous words referring to Levy and Kemsley to Tottenham Hotspur’s press office last month.   The two men have been granted a high court injunction to restrain Coomber and Burrus from further circulating the document or its contents.   christian.metcalfe@estatesgazette.com   To access all EGi news stories and commercial property data sign up for a free trial today, or visit the subscription options page to find out more.
