The owner of the 170,000 sq ft Rotunda leisure park in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, is hoping to sell the property for a £10m profit before costs, seven months after buying it.
Curo Property Funds has appointed NB Real Estate to sell the Rotunda for £52.7m – a 6% yield. It bought it for £42m, a 7.5% yield, last December.
The leisure park produces £3.3m pa in rent and has an average unexpired lease term of 17 years.
It is anchored by Odeon Cinemas and gym chain David Lloyd.
