Draco Property has signed international lifestyle brand Betty Barclay for its office development at
Betty Barclay has taken a 4,300 sq ft office on the ground floor at a rent of £36.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
The development has been designed by architects Barr Gazetas and provides 21,400 sq ft of offices. Other tenants in the building include Fisher Wealth Management and Outsourcery on the second and fourth floors respectively.
