Budget hotel operator Premier Inn has completed a deal to bring a100-bedroom hotel and Table Table restaurant to Walsall Waterfront in the West Midlands.
Whitbread, Premier Inn’s parent company, has acquired the site from Urban Splash in a deal with regional development agency Advantage West Midlands.
Walsall Waterfront is a multi-million pound mixed-use development in Canalside in Walsall.
The deal will see Whitbread invest approximately £7m in the town and is part of the company’s strategy to grow to 55,000 rooms in the
