Cosmo is limbering up to open in November the biggest restaurant in the UK on a site of 22,000 sq ft and designed to handle 800 covers.
The eatery is sited in Croydon’s Valley Leisure Park. The project’s managers said they were considering opening similar outlets in Birmingham and Manchester within three years. The group already has nine outlets in the UK.
