Prupim has secured cruise line company Royal Caribbean for a 28,000 sq ft office block at The Heights at Brooklands in Weybridge, Surrey.
The Norwegian/US company, which controls a 24.8% share of the world cruise market, has taken Building 3 and is understood to be paying around £28.50 per sq ft.
The space is in addition to the 30,000 sq ft it already occupies at Aviator Park in Addlestone.
