Cluttons has been selected to approach landowners and occupiers on behalf of energy group Vigor Renewables to find it more space. Vigor develops wind and solar panel installations and, through its partnerships with occupiers, offers renewable energy with no capital outlay. The group is seeking ground or rooftop sites of around 6,000 sq ft. John Wood, head of Cluttons’ commercial division, said: “We believe that there are many owners and occupiers with a roof or bare land sites which would be suitable, and would enable them to earn additional rent or save money on energy costs.”
