Fashion hair care firm TiGi is taking an 85,450 sq ft shed at ProLogis’s Marston Gate site, near Junction 13 of the M1.
TiGi is understood to have signed a five year lease on a stepped rent rising to £5.75 per sq ft.
The DC7 shed has 78,450 sq ft of warehouse space and 7,000 sq ft of offices.

ProLogis has now signed over 500,000 sq ft of leases in the M1 corridor in recent weeks after BMW took a 10-year lease on a bespoke 458,000 sq ft shed at ProLogis Park in Pineham, Northamptonshire.
