Drivers Jonas Deloitte has appointed Neill Morrison as partner and head of a new construction cost consultancy business.
The appointment is a move designed to strengthen its project management.
Morrison’s appointment, with a number of other senior hires, will align the new business with the markets currently served by Deloitte, including corporate occupiers, the property industry and the public sector.
The services offered are cost planning, cost management, value management and risk management.
The private sector business will focus on the commercial office market, initially in Central London, while the public sector business will concentrate on developing business from Drivers Jonas Deloitte’s existing clients.
Morrison joins from Davis Langdon where he managed a commercial team and had sat on the management board. He has 30 years’ experience in property and cost management serving a variety of global blue-chip clients.
