Arab Investments has secured a further £150m of funding from the Saudi Economic and Development Holding Company to help with the construction of the 945ft Pinnacle tower on Bishopsgate, EC2. Sedco is one of around 60 investors in the project. The cash injection will help reduce the amount of bank debt needed to build the 1m sq ft scheme. The money will enable construction up to the sixth floor of the 64-storey skyscraper. The investors behind the tower have already committed £400m.
