Henderson delivers 103,000 sq ft FedEx shed
Henderson Global Investors has bought a 103,000 sq ft warehouse from Combined Property Control for £6.3m, reflecting a 7.9% yield.
The property, close to the M6 at Newcastle-under-Lyme, is let to FedEx UK.
Its lease has 10.5 years unexpired. Drivers Jonas Deloitte acted for HGI; Franc Warwick advised the vendor.
