New face in Eversheds’ real estate practice

Eversheds has appointed former Freshfields solicitor Andrew Fleetwood as a senior associate in its real estate practice. Fleetwood, a specialist in real estate finance and complex leasing and acquisition structures, advises both UK and international clients. He will be based in the Edinburgh office, working on the increasing number of existing real estate clients requiring advice on Scottish law.
