Arab Investments has let its 56,000 sq ft Solaris Court in Milton Keynes to the British Standards Institution.
BSI has taken a 15-year lease at a rent of £15.75 per sq ft, rising to £16.50 per sq ft in year five.
The training body, which is consolidating from offices elsewhere in Milton Keynes and in Hemel Hempstead, will receive three years rent-free.
