CB Richard Ellis has finalised an agreement to buy most of ING Real Estate Investment Management.
It agreed to pay $940m (£581.8m) for the property fund management business. The combined company will manage about $100bn of assets. ING has agreed to sell Clarion Partners to Clarion’s management and Lightyear Capital for $100m.
