Cushman & Wakefield has recruited the former UK chief executive of Colliers International.
David Izett joins the firm next month as a partner in a UK business development and client management role.
He will report to C&W UK chief executive Bryan Laxton and the UK board.
Izett, who left Colliers in August last year after nine years with the firm, will work across all areas of C&W’s UK business, focusing on business development initiatives and, specifically, the firm’s key client programme.
