NREP has spent DKr107m (€14.3m) on a Danish logistics asset.
The property, in Copenhagen, was sold to NREP by Det Frederiksbergske Ejendoms Societet and Freja Transport & Logistics.
The 12,500 m2 asset includes a 6,200 m2 distribution centre and 3,000 m2 of office space. It was built in 2004.
The move comes as part of the UK government’s devolution agenda
