Lend Lease and London & Continental Railways are expected to announce plans for the new £1.3bn commercial business district in Stratford City, east London, today.
Work on the site is expected to start in early 2013. It will include 4m sq ft of office space, 350 homes, three acres of civic and open space, shops, hotels and childcare facilities.
