IPPR sounds housing shortfall alert

The Institute of Public Policy Research has published a report in which it warns of the possibility of a shortfall of 750,000 homes across England in less than 15 years unless housing policy undergoes a fundamental review.

London could be the worst affected region, along with Yorkshire and Humberside, it says in the report that uses government projections.
