AEGON and Capella Estates are set to start speculatively building a 76,000 sq ft office scheme in Maidenhead, Berkshire, in June.
The pair, which have just secured planning consent for the Market Street building, hope to complete the Darling Associates-designed development in early 2013. Strutt & Parker has been appointed letting agent.
