Lend Lease has appointed Kevin Chapman UK head of offices.
He is set to join the company in May.
Chapman joins the firm from German property company Garbe Group where he worked in the London office market. He has also had stints working at CLS Holdings, where he was UK property director, and at Nelson Bakewell, where he was a consultant.
Richard Cable, managing director of development, EMEA, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kevin into the team to lead the positioning and promotion of our office led projects in the UK. Working with our joint venture partners, we have 4m sq ft of new office space to deliver at The International Quarter at Stratford City following the Olympics in 2012 and more than 3.5m sq ft at Greenwich Peninsula.”
