AIM-listed Carpathian has sold the Osowa shopping centre in Gdansk, Poland, for €34.5m.
The company, which focuses on property investment in Central and Eastern Europe, said the buyer was a Polish limited liability company on behalf of the Pradera Central & Eastern Fund.
The property is part of Carpathian’s Blue Knight portfolio bought by the company in September 2005, and also included the shopping centres Tulipan Centre in Lodz, the Kometa Centre in Torun and the Sosnowiec Centre.
The sale of the three properties was announced on 9 March.
