Aviva Investors is selling the Westgate shopping centre in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, for £20.8m – a 9% yield.
The 70,000 sq ft scheme is let to tenants including Dorothy Perkins, River Island and the Post Office.
HP Four is advising Aviva.
