CB Richard Ellis Investors has bought a multi-let French business park.
The Central Parc asset, north of Paris near Charles de Gaulle airport, was sold to CBRE Investors’ Pan European Core fund by a private seller. No financial details were disclosed.
The 29,000m2 scheme is let to 35 tenants and is made up of eight buildings spread over 107,000m2.
The purchase is the PEC fund’s third in Europe. Savills advised the sellers.
