US womenswear label Eileen Fisher has agreed to open its first store in the UK at St Martin’s Courtyard in Covent Garden, WC2.
Eileen Fisher has taken a new 10-year lease with the Longmartin joint venture. The 2,800 sq ft store comprises ground and basement floors and is located between Jaeger London and Desa on Slingsby Place.
St Martin’s Courtyard opened last November 2010. Tenants includes Joules, Twenty8Twelve, The White Company, Jack Wills, Banana Republic, Cos and Barbour. There are two remaining shops in the development.
Cushman & Wakefield and Savills advised the Longmartin joint venture; Cushman & Wakefield acted for Eileen Fisher.
