Cambridge-based commercial property agency Jeffersons Commercial is to merge with property consultancy Carter Jonas.
The merger will be effective from 1 May.
The Jeffersons team, led by Will Mooney and Ben Oughton, will relocate to Carter Jonas’ Cambridge office, where the pair will become equity partners responsible for running the agency and professional departments for Cambridge.
Chris Haworth, head of commercial at Carter Jonas, said: “This merger forms part of a strategic growth plan for the commercial division across the eastern region, and will give me the opportunity to concentrate on strengthening our London presence.”
