A shortlist of bidders is being drawn up for PRUPIM’s Green Park campus near Reading.
The asset manager is seeking around £400m for the development, although bids are likely to be lower given that the site will require refurbishment.
Five companies are thought to be bidding for the site – Moorfield, Delancey, Goodman, MSREF and Blackstone.
Two-thirds of the 2.2m sq ft of office space have been built, with one-third still under construction. CB Richard Ellis is advising PRUPIM on the sale.
