Fashion retailers Notting Hill and Anthony & Thompson have taken new at Rockspring’s Mercury Centre in Romford, Essex.
Ladieswear retailer Notting Hill will open a 2,300 sq ft store at the centre after signing a 10-year lease.
Gold trader Harvey & Thompson has taken a 1,200 sq ft shop at the shopping centre on a five-year lease.
Kitchen La Frenais Morgan advised Rockspring; RMG Retail acted for Notting Hill.
