German logistics firm Kuehne + Nagel has shortlisted five sites for a bespoke 1m sq ft UK campus.
They are the 95-acre G. Park in Crick, Northamptonshire, the 64-acre ProLogis Park in Ryton, Gateshead, IM Properties’ 400-acre Birch Coppice business park near Birmingham, Axa REIM’s 63-acre former LDV site in Solihull, West Midlands, and the 1.4m sq ft Rugby Gateway.
