Henry Boot Developments has been granted planning consent for a £40m shopping scheme in Burnley, Lancashire.
The 173,500 sq ft The Oval on Curzon Street will be anchored by a 50,000 sq ft Primark and 20,000 sq ft Next.
The scheme had been placed on hold after Debenhams pulled out of talks to anchor it.
